Ferry Gouw is an illustrator, graphic designer, and video director. When he was 15 he moved from Indonesia to London, where he now resides with his wife. He studied Art and Design at Central St Martins, before completing his Masters degree in Filmmaking at Mike Leigh’s London Film School. Ferry Gouw is the art director of Major Lazer, designing all aspects of their visual output from the character designs, record sleeves, posters, merch, to music and lyric videos. He is also the art director of the Major Lazer cartoon TV show, showing on FXX.

Ferry is also the in-house designer for James Blake’s label and club night 1800-Dinosaur, as well as having worked for Bryan Ferry, Sean Paul, and brands such as Stussy, Levi’s, and Bacardi, amongst others.
